The staff was super nice, the food was really good, the hotel was amazing The rooms are very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most The view you get from the room is very pleasant looking out on all three pools and the ocean, which was very clear and blue. Even if you want to exercise a little on your vacation, there is a tennis court, basketball hoop, and even just walking around outside by the hotel or by the beach. Overall the best hotel you could go to in Tunisia.

I’m speechless indeed and I think no words are enough to describe how fantastic this hotel is! It should be rated 7 stars hotel. The service was absolutely amazing, the room was very comfortable, fancy, and spacious, the facility was family friendly and very welcoming. Also, the food was super delicious and there was a huge variety of selections. Finally, I am very thankful for Mrs, Hana, Mr. Makrum and Mr. Saber, they were absolutely wonderful and very helpful, and assisted us in all our needs. Zainab in client services was exceptional , welcoming us with her friendly dimpled smile and looking after us from the moment we arrived. She kept in touch via whatsapp and in person. The hotel is lucky to have her. We were treated to a free upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise. We received bands which gave us access to all the extra activities and facilities at the sister hotel next door which was busier so we were happy to be at our quieter hotel with more spacious grounds. The hotel is on a beautiful beach with supermarkets and rows of cafes and restaurants right outside the hotel front entrance. The medina is smaller than other cities but still lovely and only a short 15 min walk along the beach promenade. I recommend including Hammamet and this hotel in your visit to Tunisia.

Everything was sparkling clean, from the rooms to the public areas There are multiple pools and a variety of facilities, it’s all right there. Parking was easy and secure, so I didn’t have to worry about the car at all. One of the biggest highlights was the beachfront – next level clean and beautiful. Soft sand, clear water, and the staff provided everything we needed at no extra cost. The entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing, ideal for a real getaway. At night, there are fun activities that wrap up on time, so you can still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. And waking up to the sunshine streaming through the windows was the perfect start to each day. This place truly has everything you need in one stop. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a hassle-free beach escape!

I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Azur Thalassa in Hammamet. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and to my delight I was given a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and private beach area were perfect for relaxing, and the spa facilities really added to the luxury feel. Food and drinks were fresh and varied, with plenty of choice each day. What stood out most was the excellent service the team went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also great, close to Hammamet Medina and only a short drive to Yasmin Hammamet. Overall, Royal Azur Thalassa exceeded my expectations and gave me a holiday I’ll remember. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet.
